The Institute for Health Modeling and Climate Solutions

Artificial Intelligence for Healthier Futures

Pillars of Action

AI Platforms and Services

We serve as an AI capability center, building public AI infrastructure to strengthen global health security and climate resilience.

We provide decision intelligence, data-as-a-service (DaaS), model-as-a-service (MaaS), and platform-as-a-service (PaaS), transforming health, socio-economic, climate, genomic, and geospatial data into operational systems for governments, multilaterals, regulated enterprises, and global institutions.

Our intelligent systems are powered by multi-modal foundation models and agentic workflows to integrate seamlessly with real-world data pipelines and information systems.

Transforming Global Health Through AI Innovation

We bring together predictive models, agentic systems, and climate science to unlock insights from complex data, shaping a future where risks are anticipated and crises are prevented by design.

What We Do

AI Foundation Model

SAGE is our domain-adapted, multi-modal AI foundation model for health and environmental intelligence. Trained on harmonized multi-modal knowledge across epidemiology, health systems, remote sensing, genomics, and science, SAGE generates predictive insights, risk forecasts, scenario analysis, and explainable decision intelligence through a secure enterprise-grade inference layer.

Intelligence Platform

ARK is our global data and intelligence platform that unifies climate, health, mobility, and environmental data into one secure, cloud-based ecosystem. Built on a medallion architecture with end-to-end lineage, it powers data stories, real-time analytics, custom dashboards, and agentic workflows, providing leaders with a single source of trust to manage risk, strengthen planning, and drive informed decisions.

Early Warning

Climate-informed early warning systems (CIEWS) represents our AI-enabled early warning systems deployed across countries to predict and prevent climate-sensitive public health threats. By combining predictive modeling, dynamic risk mapping, and automated alerts, CIEWS enables governments and institutions to act early, optimize resources, and protect vulnerable populations.
